Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 2025
LicenseHub operates as a regulatory compliance consultancy. We collect information necessary to assess licensing feasibility and guide operators through jurisdictional requirements. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
When you request a consultation or licensing assessment, we collect:
- Business contact details (name, email, company)
- Operational specifics (target markets, gaming verticals, projected revenue)
- Technical infrastructure details (payment processors, software providers)
- Corporate structure information (ownership, beneficial owners where required)
We collect this through intake forms, email correspondence, and consultation calls. No passive tracking beyond standard analytics (Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled).
How We Use Your Information
Your data serves three purposes:
- Licensing assessments: Determining viable jurisdictions based on your business model
- Regulatory guidance: Tailoring compliance advice to your operational footprint
- Application preparation: Compiling documentation for regulatory submissions
We don't sell client lists. We don't share operational details with third parties unless explicitly required for licensing applications (submitting to regulatory bodies, connecting with local legal counsel).
Data Retention
Active client files: retained for engagement duration plus 3 years (standard for compliance consulting).
Consultation inquiries: deleted after 90 days if no engagement follows.
Successfully licensed operators: case study data (anonymized) retained indefinitely for methodology refinement. Identifiable information purged after contractual obligations end.
Security Measures
Client data lives in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3 with AES-256). Access limited to assigned consultants. No shared drives, no public repositories.
Email encryption available upon request (PGP keys provided). Sensitive documents (financial statements, ownership declarations) transmitted via secure portal only.
Your Rights
You can request:
- Data access report (what we hold, where it's stored)
- Information correction (update outdated business details)
- Deletion (right to be forgotten, subject to legal retention requirements)
Requests handled within 30 days. Email [email protected] with "Data Request" in subject line.
Regulatory Disclosures
Gaming regulators may subpoena client information during audits or investigations. We comply with lawful requests but notify affected clients unless legally prohibited.
Some jurisdictions (Malta, Gibraltar) require disclosure of beneficial owners during licensing. This is mandatory, not discretionary.
Changes to This Policy
Material changes posted 30 days before taking effect. Minor clarifications updated immediately with revision date stamp.
